Every summer, Salt Lake City holds an 'Arts Festival'. The Utah Arts Festival Gallery is the headquarters of the organizing body for that event. They also operate a gallery at that location, it mainly exhibits local artist's creations. There was an article in the Salt Lake Tribune about one of their 'openings' that peaked my interest so, I decided to give it a try.  I e-mailed them a few examples of my work and they asked me to come to the gallery to discuss a possible show. Once there, they offered me the chance to be part of a three artist show starting in September, 2011. That offer of a show a year, lasted until 2015, when I became represented by the Phillips Gallery, here in Salt Lake City.
